This clip has been taken from lecture “Asr e Hazir aur Ijma e Ummat Mashaekh conference عصرحاضراوراجماع امت UK 2009 ” In this Clip Shayk ul Islam speaks about Unity & Consensus of Muslim Ummah.he qouted from islamic history that there used to be differences of opinion between different scholars but none of them ever abused or done takfir .He further says Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel was called as Sadooq Sahih ul Hadith by great Imams of Hadith like Imam Tirmidi Imam Hanbal & Imam Homaidi while Great Authority of Hadith Yayah bin Maeem didnt consider him as Hujjat authority and differed with those great Imams like tirmidi & imam ahmad bin hanbal . Even Imam Kaseer bin Abdullah Bin Amr bin Auf al Muzali accepted his Hadiths as Authentic Sahih while at the same time Imam Ahmad bin Hanble has opposite view from Imam Tirmidi ! Then he gave the example of Imam Bukhari & Imam Abu Hanifa that Even Imam Bukhari had some Differances with Imam Abu Hanifa due to misuderstanding & misinformation by some people.Its normal practice to have minor faroi differances with other schoalrs on some research. then he gave another example from islamic history that Even Jabir bin Yazid Al-Jufi was accused of being Kazab by Imam e Azam Abu Hanifa & Yayha Bin Mueem due to misundersatnding.while on the other hand two great imams of that time whom imam abu hanifa used to consider them there imams i,e imam shoba bin al-hajaj & sufian bin Aueina gave opposite verdict from imam abu hanifa !!!! then he further gave another example that Even great companion Ikrima Maula Ibn Abas got accused of Kazab/lier from his fellow Scholars ! at the same time there were some Aaimas like Ibn Abi Zaib -Yahah bin Maim & Imam Bukhari who took hadiths from hazrat ikrima(ra).
He then give another important example about taking Riwaiyat from Mubtadeen (Bidaties Murjia Irjiaa Muhtazilia Khawarji) .If some imam whose aqaeed aur sucpicous of Mubtadi …but his accusation of lier/Kazab is not established then great autorities like mam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa Imam Shafi Imam Bukhari etc. used to take those hadiths from those mubtadeen and consider them as Hujjat /Authority.
